Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your AENI VERSE order. Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Beauty items (lipsticks, serums, etc.) must be unopened and unused to qualify for return due to hygiene reasons.

To start a return, contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 5-7 business days.

Sale items and final-sale items (if marked as such) are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
